Caedo

Cut above the rest

The 72-HourAvocado.

Caedo delivers premium Fuerte avocados, air-freighted directly from Uganda to Nordic restaurant kitchens — fresh, traceable, and uncompromising.

Grown for the 72-hour window.

Every variety is picked to a single ripeness curve, timed against the flight schedule, not the calendar.

Growing Uganda's Future.

We source directly from Ugandan farming families, pay fair prices, and document every step of the journey. We offset our air freight emissions and are building toward a lower-carbon logistics model as we scale. Transparency is not optional for us — it is the product.

The 72-Hour Cold Chain

From high-altitude trees to Scandinavian distribution centers. Speed is our preservative.

A New Revenue Stream

Uganda's agricultural sector employs over 70% of the population. Avocado export diversifies the economy beyond traditional cash crops like coffee and tea, creating a high-value revenue stream that flows directly to smallholder farmers. Foreign exchange earnings strengthen the national economy while reducing dependency on single-crop volatility.

From Grove to Cargo

Our Ugandan operations directly support smallholder farmers, packing facility workers, quality controllers, logistics teams, and local agronomists. As we scale, job creation in our source communities scales with us — that is a commitment, not a byproduct.

We Grow Together

We source directly from a select network of smallholder farmers in Uganda's Rwenzori highlands. Fixed prices agreed in advance. Agronomist support throughout the season. Long-term contracts that reward quality over quantity.

Partner With Purpose

Every allocation you secure directly supports Ugandan farming families and communities.

Two Worlds. One Standard.

A partnership forged between Ugandan roots and Danish precision — built to bridge the gap between highland farmers and Nordic tables.

Our story starts from a classroom, a while ago. Even without us not being that perfect fit for each other, it still worked out. Tobias is very passionate while William is calculating. With this our partnership has always worked out, Tobias being able to spot where there were pot holes in our work, and William being able to streamline the work. Caedo is the fruit of our minds, without the insight and vision from Tobias, Caedo would not exist. Moreover without the planning and building, Caedo wouldn't be what it is right now. We as Caedo are a playful bunch, having an imagination that the roof cannot contain, we apply this to all our workmates and partnerships.
